THE BIO-MECHANICAL PRESSURE FOR PRESSURE RELATIONSHIP OF THE HEAD AND BODY

Statements like “as above, so below” and “for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction”, can be seen as literal descriptions of the involuntary bio-mechanical movements between the head and body. I notice I have to lift my head before I can get a bale of hay off the ground. If I can’t get the lid off a jar, I screw up my cheek and turn my head towards it to get more power. In self-defence if you poke me in the ribs, I’ll wink at you, pressure for pressure. Martial artists use this involuntary reaction to manipulate their opponents. Impact to the cheekbone may hold the ribs tight on that side. Impacted ribs may block sinuses and grow moles. Impacted molars will stiffen knee joints. Impacted knees will wear out teeth. Double impact to corresponding head/body parts may be the cause of soft tissue dis-ease e.g. side of eye, upper ribcage simultaneous hit causing benign lumps in the breast several years later. Understanding these pressure for pressure relationships and applying the ConTact C.A.R.E approach may lead to amazing recoveries from ill-health situations
