ConTact C.A.R.E For Equine Competition and Performance.

The Equine ConTact C.A.R.E for Performance Workshop is for Equine ConTact C.A.R.E Practitioners to up-skill with ConTact C.A.R.E's use in the Equestrian Performance industry and area of study. 

Learn how riders can use ConTact C.A.R.E in everyday performance situations.  We work with horse and rider combinations to adjust any imbalances working with ConTact C.A.R.E principles to release any pressures restricting performance, as well as Chi Kung for equestrians and balanced riding breath techniques.

Performance Riding treatment sessions are for riders who would like to excel their performance with their horse. As our horses carry us, so they carry our injuries and pressures. ConTact C.A.R.E releases the body’s Flinchlocks, giving the horse and rider a new natural balance, which can enable the rider to take their performance to a finely tuned level. A ConTact C.A.R.E Performance Riding session is a perfect way to prepare for a show or event. Working with ConTact C.A.R.E and the Flinchlock Release method, balanced riding anchor points, ConTact C.A.R.E self-care techniques and Chi Kung exercises for the rider, instantly improves performance and connection between the rider and the horse. 

This workshop is for those Equine Students and Practitioners wanting to offer this type of Performance session for their clients.
